5-star hotel inside one of the original Nintendo headquarters buildings (the 1930 Yamauchi Nintendo playing-card HQ near Kiyamachi-Shichijo) — the old "Nintendo Playing Cards" plaques are still on the facade. Art-deco interiors, partly designed by Tadao Ando. Note from the guide: you must be a staying guest to go inside.
